Sophie Paeshuyse is a Belgian baroque violinist currently based in Brussels. She learnt to play the violin at an early age following the Suzuki method and went on to study at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp with Guido de Neve.

She is currently doing a Master's in the violin class of Mira Glodeanu and Benoît Douchy. Sophie Paeshuyse is not only passionate about the baroque repertoire, she also has a particular interest in classical and romantic chamber music on period instruments and in discovering unknown music.
