Biography
Praised for her "richly coloured" mezzo, Phoebe Rayner is a graduate of the Royal College of Music and the Royal Northern College of Music, a recent Stoller Hall Emerging Artist and Britten Pears Young Artist. Operatic highlights include creating Monostatos in Damon Albarn's The Magic Flute II (Théâtre du Lido), Nerone in Agrippina (Hampstead Garden Opera) and Melissa in La liberazione di Ruggiero (Vache Baroque). On the concert platform she has appeared at the Aldeburgh Festival and The Stoller Hall.
