Baritone Ben Kazez has sung as soloist with Václav Luks, Christian Curnyn, Shunske Sato, Mark Padmore, Dame Sarah Connolly, and Dame Emma Kirkby. His French baroque performances include Rameau’s Aquilon et Orithie and Charpentier’s Reniement de St Pierre at London’s Milton Court Concert Hall. In the Monteverdi Choir under Sir John Eliot Gardiner he has sung at the Salzburg Festival, Amsterdam Concertgebouw, Berlin Philharmonie, Versailles, and BBC Proms (Royal Albert Hall). In 2021–22 he appears as soloist in Fauré’s Requiem in California, Messiah with Collegium Cincinnati, and an all-Charpentier program with Bach Collegium San Diego. He became a Britten–Pears Young Artist in 2016 and earned a master’s degree from London’s Guildhall School in 2018.
